Returns Policy

Overview

We accept returns on most items if requested within 14 days from the shipment date. These items should be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Please report miss-picks (wrong item), errors in quantity (over/short), and damages within five (5) business days of receipt.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS ON OPENED ITEMS.

Non-Returnable Items: Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns on personalized items.
Pre-Production Cancellation: In the event, you change your mind about your order during pre-production, please contact our customer care department for a full refund. However, once your order has started Production, we can no longer process a refund.
Disclosure of Fees: All items are subject to a restocking fee. Returns on undamaged blank items require a 20% restocking fee. Required restocking fee will be communicated to the customer in advance of the return order.

Responsibility for Shipping: We will arrange for pickup of any misprinted, damaged or defective items at no cost to you.
Window of Returns: Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as there are no returns after 14 days from receipt of order.
Securing an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)/Return Authorization: In the event that you receive misprinted or incorrect merchandise, please contact our customer care department for assistance.

Required Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in new, saleable condition.
Receiving Your Refund: The method of refund depends primarily on the method of initial payment. Credit card orders will be refunded to the same credit card of purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {sales@sheberyl.com} and send your item to: {ODOI TSUI STREET- DZORWULU, AYAWASO MUNICIPALITY – GREATER ACCRA REGION, GHANA – WEST AFRICA}.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {ODOI TSUI STREET- DZORWULU, AYAWASO MUNICIPALITY – GREATER ACCRA REGION, GHANA – WEST AFRICA}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
